Job Responsibilities:
1. Implemented customer development and maintenance plans under the guidance of company rules and regulations and marketing strategies, and promoted the steady growth of company performance.
2. Formulated my monthly business goals and work plans according to the sales tasks set by the company.
3. Selected customers with intention or demand according to the channel development direction determined by the department; Make and implement customer visit plan, actively contact and visit, develop potential customers.
4. Follow up the specific implementation of customer orders (contract signing, delivery, payment recovery, etc.). Issue internal flow order on time to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to meet customer requirements.
5. Check sales statements regularly and collect payment in time according to financial rules and contracts.
6. Maintained customer relations, received customers by telephone, and timely reported market information and customer demands to the technical department.
7. Established customer information files, collected, sorted out and summarized customer payment status, analyzed customer credit status, and developed high-quality customers.
8. Properly keep customer information and keep sales information and technical data confidential.
9. Other work tasks assigned by leaders.
Qualifications:
1. Age :20-40 years old; College degree or above, major in engineering or marketing is preferred.
2. More than 1 year working experience in this position, sales experience in the same industry is preferred.
3. Cheerful and enthusiastic personality, strong communication skills, strong ability to work under pressure, good team spirit and customer service awareness.
